Why are angry people at higher risk for
Heart Disease ?
Because, Anger Triggers production of
Harmful Chemicals. It was known that angry people are at
a higher risk for heart diseases, but researchers at Ohio
State University in Columbus have shown that angry people
have higher levels of a chemical called Homocysteine,
which has proved harmful to the heart.
Homocysteine can damage
the walls of arteries, which can contribute to the
buildup of plaque, the fat that clogs arteries
